The module allows to place in your station a system to capture customers’ information and build their loyalty based on two pillars: capture of customer information and flexibility in the policies of Token.

The system allows the capture of the customer information through our POS terminal which has an industrial alphanumeric keyboard at the expenditure station, while the customer fills the tank with gas, thus not delaying the dispatch. This capture can be done 24 hours a day, without the need to have the office or mini-market open to do this task or to have to bother the customer asking him to get out of the car to complete annoying forms.

The flexibility of the system in the definition of policies of token allows you to make definitions based on a variety of options, such as: accumulation of points for exchange with prizes, raffle of points/prizes at the expenditure site, etc. You also have the option of establishing your own token program based on any variable you desire.

Once the data is entered, the system allows for the easy generation of a token card that can be sent to the customer, guaranteeing the desired response.

The module of token is integrated with PetroBox™ Web , allowing the customer to check his movements, see the state of his account, purchases, etc., through the web site of the chain or the station.
