This module adds to your service station or chain stations the necessary intelligence to offer customers who are fleet owners credit and additional services, giving them thus an added value.

The system generates for each vehicle of the fleet a unique identifier which could be of the ibutton type (currency) for greater security or if the costs do not justify or merit a magnetic card. The system supports all the types of identifiers available in the market. The vehicle, each time it arrives at the station, will identify itself with this identifier, the system allowing the dispatch only if it complies with the restrictions of the case, be it daily volume allowance, number of daily dispatches allowed, etc.

Each customer owner of a fleet has a credit in currency assigned through the system, and this can be pre-paid or post-paid. This amount will diminish with each dispatch made by a vehicle of the fleet, until the credit is used up. It is possible, however, if so desired, to determine that a particular customer has unlimited credit or that dispatch should not be stopped for a particular vehicle in any circumstance.

The module of fleet control is integrated to your network of stations through PetroBox™ Chain, allowing to maintain in all the stations that belong to the chain updated information about the movement of customers, thus optimizing the management of the quotas of the customer.

The module of fleet control is integrated with PetroBox™ Web, allowing the customer to follow all the movements of its fleet, to check the state of his account, to modify the restrictions of dispatches, etc., through the web site of the chain or the station.
